Last updated: November 2026 · How Aether Core Intelligence Ltd collects, uses and protects personal data, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed through this website and our services is Aether Core Intelligence Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 496647, with its registered office at Kosti Palama 34, Aspelia Court, 1st Floor, Office A05, 1096 Nicosia, Cyprus. Contact: aethercoreltd@outlook.com.
2. Personal data we collect
- Contact and enquiry data: name, company, business email, country, service of interest and the content of your message when you email us or use the quote-request form on our website. The form does not send data to our servers: it opens your own email client with a pre-filled message addressed to us, which you then choose to send.
- Account data: names and business contact details of client representatives, account and API key identifiers.
- Business verification data: information about client companies and their representatives required for onboarding and compliance.
- Billing data: invoicing details, payment records and usage records (such as generated seconds).
- Technical data: IP addresses, request logs and similar data generated when the website or API is accessed.
- Client Content: scripts, prompts and images submitted for processing, which may incidentally contain personal data. For such content we generally act as a processor on behalf of the client.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and preparing quotes — steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interests in business development (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Providing and billing the services — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Security, fraud prevention and enforcing our policies — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Accounting, tax and other legal obligations — compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Optional communications — consent where required (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Sharing of personal data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf (such as hosting, cloud computing, email and accounting providers), professional advisers, banks and payment providers, and public authorities where required by law. Service providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
5. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
- Enquiry data that does not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Client account and contract data: for the duration of the relationship and up to 6 years afterwards, for legal claims and compliance.
- Accounting and tax records: as long as required by Cypriot law.
- Technical logs: generally up to 12 months, unless needed for a security investigation.
- Client Content: as set out in the client agreement, and deleted or returned at the end of the service.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transmission, access controls and API key authentication.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise your rights, email aethercoreltd@outlook.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
9. Supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Cyprus, this is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Nicosia; www.dataprotection.gov.cy). You may also contact the authority in your EU member state of residence or work.
10. Cookies
This website does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and does not load third-party fonts or scripts. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs in order to deliver and secure the pages.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy and will post the current version on this page. For any privacy question, contact aethercoreltd@outlook.com.
